With your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use your email address to send newsletters. Only your email is required. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email or by contacting us directly.

3.4 Contact Forms and Support
When contacting us, you must provide a valid email address or active login so we can respond. Data is deleted when no longer needed.

3.5 Ordering Products
Payment data may be shared with payment service providers if necessary for processing. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract fulfillment.

3.6 User Accounts and Profiles
Users can register for advanced features. Optional profile details such as age, region, and preferences may be shared. Sensitive data such as email or birthdate is kept private.

Data is processed to support community interaction under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Users may request correction or deletion at any time, provided no legal retention requirements apply.

GozaClub ensures genuine profiles and protects minors through verification options. Members can verify identity via photo or video. Data is deleted immediately after verification.

3.8 Contests and Surveys
Participation may require providing your name or address for prize delivery. Data is deleted after completion.
