GozaClub Terms of Use

Welcome to GozaClub, the live social network for open-minded connections. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Platform.

  • By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

All activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Content and License

  • All Platform content (text, graphics, images, logos, software) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.

  • By submitting content, you grant GozaClub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform operations, moderation, and promotion.

  • GozaClub reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR. Key points:

  • Data is collected to provide services, ensure security, and optimize user experience.

  • Verification processes exist to ensure profile authenticity and legal age compliance.

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” GozaClub makes no warranties regarding accuracy, security, or uninterrupted access.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, GozaClub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • User interactions and content are at your own risk; GozaClub does not guarantee user authenticity beyond verification processes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GozaClub, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by German law.

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Germany under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration (ECA).

  • Users outside Germany consent to this arbitration and the jurisdiction of German courts if arbitration is not applicable.

12. Additional Provisions

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and GozaClub regarding the Platform.

  • Changes: GozaClub may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
